Stack

Stack is a Max for Live MIDI Effect for layering MIDI notes with alterations to MPE data.  Part utility and part laboratory, it’s engineered to be a lightweight and highly configurable device so you can quickly experiment to find inspiration.

Some example use cases that Stack makes very easy:

• Custom unison / cluster effects using MPE Note Pitch Bend.
• Detuned Chords.
• Duplicate a line into multiple octaves with Slide or Pressure offsets.
• Blocking specific MPE parameters (e.g. Pressure).
• Fixing specific MPE parameters to particular values.
• A utility for adding non-default Release Velocity.

Stack is extra fun to try both before or after a devices like AutoSlide or Arpeggiator.
